Up and Running

My website is finally up and running! My website is kind of bare bones but it up and running. Then my blog is doing GREAT and Im planning on posting again tonight or tomorrow morning :D

As you probably noticed I have not been posting much these days! However besides the normal everyday stuff like my dad moving back from Texas and getting ready for Monkey's 1st birthday I have bought my own website through Website Palace and I am working on getting it up and running :) 

I can stand!

After returning from Nana's the Monkey and I where out playing in the kitchen with his Thomas the Train push toy. And much to my surprise he is now able to stand up and push it, all on his own.

The look on this face when he realized he was standing without my support or Josh's was so precious. Then I wanted to cry I couldn't believe my baby is now one step closer to walking. It is truly amazing how fast they grow, and how fast everything goes by. I remember everyone telling me to just enjoy every moment, and I thought I truly had till that moment. Now I am not so sure if I enjoyed every moment for what it was!

So as I set here watching the snow fall, an afternoon that should be fairly relaxing and enjoyable I have a tinge of anger. With my car broke down we had the headache of physically moving it for the landlord, and by we I mean Josh and his two buddies! When he left to return them to the hole he mumbled about going to the store he didn't say bye no kiss not even an do we need anything at the store? As I yell down to him to get baby cereal, which I have been talking about since last night about buying he just looks at me like I am stupid, and to top it off I can't call him because my phone is a piece of sh*t! 

But I think that in reality yes I am angry at the landlord, and the car but not Josh. I am annoyed that he didn't ask if anything was needed, and he didn't say bye but really that is no big deal! However I'm pretty certain I am jealous of him right now. Jealous of him hanging out with his friends, an activity I use to take for granted but hardly have a chance to do these days. Jealous that he gets to enjoy time with his friends with out a phone call asking when you will be phone the baby is getting fussy. 

It makes me laugh when he complains about work. This coming from a man who until just a few days ago worked his hours clocked out came home to food on the table, a clean house, and control of either the Internet or cable which ever his heart wishes. I would love to be able to just have an evening with my friends without having to worry about the time.

Here are some facts about me you didn’t know so may be interesting but I am sure the majority of them will be blah!

1. I hate cartoons, I have always hated them from the time I was a young girl! I preferred to watch the news, Unsolved Mysteries, or 20/20 like programs to anything else. These programs made me want to pursue a career in forensic science however the call for such positions are few and far between in Maine!

2. I eat raw fish…on purpose! Yes I love sushi it is one of my favorite foods and my favorite comfort food.

3. A few weeks after my son’s birthday my boyfriend came home with two kittens that now go by Abby and Cuffer. Why you might ask would we need kittens with a new born baby in the house? They shared Hunter’s birthday so of course we needed them! I don’t care for cats.

4. Shhh, I didn’t vote for Obama! However I do wish him the best luck in the world, and pray that to God that he will be by his side and give him the support he needs to help our country return to the way we all knew it to be and loved it!

5. For Valentine’s Day I want my boyfriend to realize that I don’t own a magic wand. When he walks out the door to go to work I don’t just wave a stick in the air and his socks become clean, the dishes disappear from the dark confines of his computer room and return to the cupboards clean! I even have a blog I am going to post on this topic on the 1^st of February!

6. When I went into labor with the monkey I didn't have an epidural due to health issues. They were concerned that my nerves would not unfreeze! Lucky I was only in uncomfortable labor for about ten hours, and only had to push three times! The 22 inches long, 6 lbs 8 oz Monkey just slide right out.

7. My boyfriend loves Eve more than me! Every night when my boyfriend comes home from work he eats and goes and plays Eve with his brother, until bedtime. However I get him all weekend long! 

8. Ever since I can remember I have been terribly afraid of white vans! You know the ones with no windows, drove usually by a repair man. I have no reason to be scared of such automobiles but I do!   

9. I love politics! I am a die hard conservative to the dismay of my entire family. I have yet to convince them that my only source of new is Fox, I only watch them in the evening to hear the entertaining rants of O’Reilly, Glenn Beck, and Hannity. Just like I am sure they don’t watch MSNBC’s Keith Olbermann for quality new reporting.

10. Finally I am addicted to Bath and Body Works!

So I bought my own domain name, and I am pretty certain I should have waited. I am getting annoyed because I cant get certain things the way I want them and or where I want them! So I am going to recrate my blogs on blogger and work on the domain to get it the way I want it :)
